curriculum requirements for nlp coach training schools
Below are the criteria determined by the SICPNL to accredit NLP coaching programs. The school must: - Have had an NLP training program for at least the past 3 years;
- Clearly state the objectives of the NLP coaching program;Â
- Have elaborate course outline for every training module; Â
- Use the services of a team of trainers who have received actual NLP coaching training and who are working on a regular basis for the NLP school wishing to be accredited;Â
- Have implemented a continuous improvement process for all trainers involved in the school's NLP coaching program;
- Have their students evaluate their courses and trainers; Â
- Encourage NLP coaching program trainers to take part in professional upgrading activities, in order to remain up-to-date on new developments in the field of coaching; Â
- The SICPNL accredits NLP institutes for renewable 3-year periods. Â
Below is our procedure to accredit NLP coaching curricula in schools selected by the SICPNL or schools that have applied for SICPNL accreditation.
NLP coaching program accreditation procedure: - Visit of the premises and meeting with school/institute administration;
- Validation of the facility's compliance with the requirements of an NLP coaching curriculum (training environment quality, supervision area);
- Evidence gathering: name, address, school and curriculum founding date, Website, school Vision/Mission/Values, brochure;
- Validation of the training force (training, coaching experience, evaluations by students); Â
- Validation of professional development received by trainers involved in the NLP coaching curriculum.
