It is with great pleasure and pride that we welcome you on the site of the International NLP Coaches Society (SICPNL). It is the outcome of a dream, conceived by a team of Certified NLP Coaches, and aims to provide all NLP coaches with a place to meet, share, grow and flourish.

We will share our passion for NLP as an elegant and efficient tool useful throughout the continuing development of the person. We strongly believe that NLP helps us reach a higher level of professionalism and quality of rapport. This belief is the foundation for this project.

Presently, as Phase 1 of the SICPNL emerges, we are launching our French services and local activities. It is, however, our strong desire and objective to offer English services in Phase 2.

Meanwhile, we will gladly answer any English questions you may have, whether about becoming a member, how to become a licensed NLP coach, continuing education, coaching in general, or even advertising on our site.

Our Vision

We are professional NLP coaches who have joined forces in working toward the emergence of a generation of coaches dedicated to accompanying people through transformation – with an open mind and a constant search for excellence and self-improvement – therefore contributing to improving their quality of life, as well as that of their families, organizations, communities and, ultimately, that of humankind.

Our Objectives

  • To promote – throughout the coaching community – the power of NLP tools and approaches in accompanying the person through his/her transformation
  • To provide our members with an indisputable forum in terms of superior quality standards for all NLP coaches

Values & Philosophy

  • The latest NLP approaches and developments have taken us to a form of accompaniment that is humanist, holistic and systemic:
    • Humanist in that it takes into account the entire development of the person – physical, mental, psychological, emotional and spiritual.
    • Holistic in that it is carried out in an elegant and respectful manner, taking into account the relationships between all levels of evolution and their mutual impact.
    • Systemic, in that the person is accompanied through a journey where she/he is respected, within his/ her own systems (internal and external) – and that is ecological.
  • Coaches who have experienced and mastered NLP tools demonstrate a higher know-how and quality of being, which allow them to be with the person throughout her development and transformation – with respect, wisdom and quality.
  • The NLP coach must be aware of his/her strengths and limits – and therefore constantly seek to improve and keep abreast of the latest NLP (and other coaching approaches) developments.
  • We strongly believe it is essential to the evolution of NLP coaches to be able to find a space to return to sources and exchange ideas.
  • The daily practice of NLP presuppositions is a mark of the coach’s congruence.
