Q : I am unable to upload my picture. A : Make sure that your picture does not exceed the size and weight stated in the "Upload Picture" section. Q : I am unable to log in. A : Make sure you that you have the proper e-mail address and the right password, with the applicable upper-case and lower-case characters and without spaces (before or after). Q : I have sent in a password request, but I am not receiving my password. A : Your password is associated with your e-mail address. Please check for typing mistakes. However, if the e-mail address you registered with no longer exists or was not typed correclty when your profile was created, please contact the SICPNL or call us at 1-888-863-4981. Q : I wish to change my profile, but I cannot modify my last name or my first name.. A : Only those fields below the first name can be modified. If you wish to insert titles or add other elements to your name, please insert them in the "Comments" section of the profile instead. This will make any research on your name easier. Q : I just obtained my certification, but I cannot seem to change my certification level in my profile. What must I do to change it? A : The certification level must be entered on your profile by the SICPNL administration. Therefore, please contact us and let us know that you have obtained your certification. Once you submit your supporting documents to us, we will be making the level change on your profile. Q : My profile is not posted on the site. Yet, I am a member, I have received my password and completed ny registration record. How can I activate it? A : For professionalism motives, we only post duly completed profiles. Therefore, you must complete all mandatory fields – "General Description", "Region" and "Areas of expertise and specialization". Please fill out these fields and contact Member Services, who will be reactivating your posted profile. Q : I am still having problems completing my profile. Who can I talk to? A : Submit your difficulties to us in writing or contact Member Services, at the following toll-free number: 1-888-863-4981. Someone will be contacting you as soon as possible.
